North Devon Council states:-
Motorhomes, coaches and lorries can park in any of our parking bays for oversized vehicles or vehicles over 3,500kg. Please pay the coach or lorry fee and display the ticket clearly and continuously in your vehicle. Please note that if you wish to park a motorhome which is under 3,500 kg and it can fit within a normal parking bay, you are welcome to park in any car park. However, please check the terms and conditions on display at each car park for exceptions. There are oversized vehicle parking bays in the following car parks:

Haven Banks car park. There is no height restrictions but you must buy 2 tickets if you overlap the next bay.

The Honiton Road park and ride has a height barrier at the EXIT and can't be seen from the entrance.

Tavistock - Wharf car park.

Dartmoor - the size of your vehicle may mean some roads are off limits because of narrow roads and small bridges. You cannot park your motorhome or campervan overnight in laybys, at the roadside, or in car parks
